Cazaava: Conditions of Sale, Returns & Refunds Policy (Cookware & Accessories)

Please read our conditions of sale before completing your order, as by proceeding to the checkout you signify your consent to abide by these conditions. Once you have read and are in agreement with the conditions of sale, please proceed to your Final Order Summary.

Customer Service Agreement

Cazaava specializes in offering high-quality cookware, dinner sets, and kitchen accessories and is committed to making online retail an enjoyable and simple experience.

This Customer Service Agreement is between Cazaava and you and applies to all transactions carried out through this website. Please read this Agreement carefully before you place your order.

Placing an Order

Ordering online is easy. You simply add the items you require to your shopping cart by clicking on “Add to Cart”. You can review the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the “My Cart” button. Once you proceed to the checkout, you will be asked to provide details for billing and shipping.

We currently accept payments through the following methods:

Direct Bank Transfer: Payment details will be provided upon checkout completion.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for selected regions/products, subject to order limits.

Before clicking on the “Place Order Now” button on the checkout page, you must have read, understood, and accepted this Customer Service Agreement.

Acceptance of Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by e-mail shortly after we receive it. At this point, a binding agreement will be created between us in accordance with this Customer Service Agreement. If the product you want is out of stock or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it, we will e-mail you to advise you of the change in price or when more stock is due. You will then need to confirm to us whether you wish to proceed with your order.

Note on COD: Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) are subject to telephonic verification prior to dispatch. If we are unable to verify your order, it may be cancelled.

Prices

All prices displayed on this website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice and will be applicable as shown at the time of purchase.

Listing and Descriptions

Cazaava makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this website are accurate and life-like. We cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in color, packaging, or minor design details due to manufacturing updates.

Clerical Errors

Cazaava uses all reasonable endeavors to ensure that all information on this website is accurate. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is displayed about any product on this site due to a clerical, typographical, technical, or pricing error, Cazaava shall have the right to refuse to accept any order(s) or cancel any contract(s) to supply such product(s). If payment was made via Direct Bank Transfer, and the order is canceled for this reason, Cazaava shall issue a refund in the amount of the incorrect price within 5 business days of noticing the error.

🚚 Delivery Time for Goods

Since Cazaava sells retail kitchen goods, the estimated delivery timeframes are generally faster than for custom apparel.

Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation (or from payment clearance for bank transfers).

Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or difficult-to-access locations may take an additional 3-5 days.

Peak Periods: Delivery times may be extended during seasonal sales or peak workload periods.

The final delivery time will depend on the product’s availability and your location.

Shipping Charges

These are applied per product or per order and vary by location. The shipping charges are calculated for you and are shown on the checkout page before you complete the payment.

Customs/Duties/Taxes (For International Orders Only)
If you are ordering goods from Cazaava for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy for Cookware and Accessories

At Cazaava, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.

Accepted Reasons for Return

You can return items only if they are:

Defective or Damaged: The product is broken or non-functional upon arrival.

Incorrect Item Sent: You received a product different from what you ordered.

Missing Parts: A component of the dinner set or accessory is missing.

Conditions for Return

Notification: You must provide us with a written record (e.g., email or message) of the reason for return within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Original Condition: The item must be returned unused, with all original packaging, tags, seals, and accessories intact.

Packaging: Due to the fragile nature of some products (e.g., dinner sets, glassware), the product must be packaged securely when returning to prevent damage during transit.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been used, stained, show signs of wear and tear, or are missing original packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Refund/Exchange Process

If your return is accepted:

We will offer you an exchange for the correct/non-defective item, or a full refund for the product cost.

Refund for Shipping: Original shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is a direct result of our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Refusing COD Shipment

If an order placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) is refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason, Cazaava reserves the right to refuse future COD orders from the same customer.

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel an order within 2 hours from the receipt of the order confirmation and receive a full refund (for bank transfer payments).

If you would like to cancel an order after 2 hours, it may be subject to a cancellation fee if the packaging and shipping process has already begun.
